140 Nights
"The Legislature shall meet every two years at such time as may be provided by law... No Regular Session shall be of longer duration than one hundred and forty (140) days." This painting by Ray Spivey recognizes the long hours of work by legislators, staff, and other citizens each 140-day Legislative Session. 140 Nights features the northern view of the State Capitol Building.
